Messaging & Call Consent

This notice explains how Solto Realty (a DBA of Solto, LLC) uses phone numbers submitted through our website and lead forms, your rights under the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and how to opt out. It supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

What you're agreeing to

When you submit a phone number through a Solto Realty form — on soltorealty.com, one of our lead forms, or a Facebook lead form — and check the consent box, you give prior express written consent for Solto Realty and its authorized representatives to contact you at that number by call and text message about your real estate inquiry.

How we may contact you

SMS/MMS text messages, including automated texts;
Voice calls, including calls placed with an autodialer or a pre-recorded voice where applicable;
Email.

Why we may contact you

To schedule a walkthrough, consult, or discovery call you requested;
To answer your question or follow up on your inquiry;
Appointment confirmations, reminders, and other transactional messages.

Frequency and fees

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.

Consent is not a condition of purchase

You are not required to provide your phone number or to consent to calls and texts in order to use any Solto Realty service. Submitting a phone number without checking the consent box will not authorize autodialed or pre-recorded calls or texts.

We never sell or share your information — including your phone number and SMS opt-in consent — with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in consent is never shared with anyone for any purpose.

How to opt out

Text messages: Reply STOP to any Solto Realty SMS to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance.
All contact: Email broker@soltorealty.com with the subject "Opt Out" and the number(s) you want removed. Requests are processed within 10 business days.
